This is a super simple appetizer. You can make it at a moments notice, or a day before. Any leftover pate makes a great sandwich too.
Smoked Salmon Pate
- 1/4 pound smoked salmon
- 1 can 7 oz. red salmon
- 1 package 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- Combine all ingredients in food processor, and process until smooth. Pack into a serving dish. Store in the fridge.
- Serve with crackers or small pieces of bread to spread it on. Add capers or dill to garnish if desired.
