A yummy square recipe with the classic “rocky road” combination of chocolate, marshmallows and nuts. Quick and easy to make.

Rocky Road Bars
Ingredients
Base:
- 3 squares semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk Eagle Brand, 300ml
- 3 squares semi-sweet chocolate
Instructions
Base:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put chocolate and butter in a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Put in the oven to melt.
- Remove from the oven and add the graham wafer crumbs, pecans, and coconut. Mix well and then press into the bottom of the pan.
Topping:
- Sprinkle marshmallows over base. Sprinkle coconut over marshmallows, and then pecans.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over all.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool.
- Melt chocolate squares. Drizzle over the cooled bars. Chill and cut into squares.
