Pasta

June 2000 – Pasta – my favorite dish! I could make a steady diet of it. Nothing could be easier than putting together some pasta with a sauce concocted from whatever you have on hand – dinner will be ready in no time at all.

And not only can you vary your sauce ingredients as you wish, there are also many shapes and sizes of pasta you can choose from. Many of the recipes here have a suggested pasta, but you can substitute whatever type you like. I always have a few varieties of dried pastas on hand. Fresh pasta is great too, and only requires a couple minutes of cooking time.

To get you started, here are some of my favorite sauce recipes!
