Another quick and easy dip. A must for a Mexican theme dinner – serve as a starter with Steak Chili.
- 2 ripe medium avocados
- 1/2 cup salad dressing Miracle Whip
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Dash hot sauce
- Peel and seed the avocados. Place in food processor. Add remaining ingredients and whirl until smooth.
- Spoon into a serving dish and serve immediately with tortilla chips.
