Comfort Desserts
March 1999 – When I was growing up, we always had dessert every day. And on a cold winter day a warm pudding fresh from the oven really hit the spot!
Now, I reserve desserts for special occasions, although if I could I would skip the main course and go for the dessert any day.
Comfort desserts, for me, are the best kind of comfort food – you know those foods you turn to if you are feeling down, or just need a pick-me-up. A bite of any one of these desserts will make me feel better right away!
